These messages do not come from us. We will never ask you via WhatsApp or text message to provide credit card or payment information online. Some of these messages appear very authentic because they contain specific details about actual bookings. So far, they have been sent primarily from foreign phone numbers.

Under no circumstances should you enter credit card information via a link in such a message.
Block and delete the message.
If you have already submitted your information, please notify your bank immediately.
